Relworx is a licensed payments company operating across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda—powering bulk payments (Relpay), card & wallet solutions (Vaulit), SACCO/MFI platforms, and enterprise payment integrations.
The role
Drive B2B sales growth with banks, MFIs, SACCOS, enterprises and NGOs. You’ll open doors, close strategic deals, and scale revenue across our East African footprint.
Duties
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect → solutioning → commercials → close → expansion
- Build executive relationships at banks/Telcos/enterprises; navigate procurement & compliance
- Lead product demos (Relpay bulk payments, card/wallet, SACCO & ERP integrations)
- Manage a disciplined pipeline (CRM), accurate forecasting, and quarterly targets
- Partner with Engineering & Compliance to deliver integrations that go live on time
Experience
- 3+ years selling B2B solutions in banking and/or fintech (must-have)
- Proven quota-attainment; experience with enterprise/regulated clients
- Strong understanding of mobile money, card acquiring, bulk disbursements, agency banking, APIs
- Executive presence, great negotiation, and crisp written/verbal communication
